One of the four entry gates to the Jaisalmer Fort dated back to the 12th century. The gate is located on the Trikuta Hill which has four successive gates like Akai, Surya, Ganesh, and Hawa through which the visitors need to pass. The gate is featured with the constructed on a bend that mark as barriers from military strategies. The curved and narrow entrances were built to prevent the enemies into the premises.
