It is a place where the battle of Longewala in the year 1971 between India and Pakistan. The museum was constructed on the spot of battle and is maintained by Indian Army. This area faces rather harsh climatic condition such as the temperature beyond 50 degrees and water is rare, no vegetation, food transportation from Mumbai or Ahmedabad.
