The group of Jain Temples in Jaisalmer Fort has dated back to the 12th century which is great for the archaeological value. The Jain Temples are the finest example of Dilwara style of art built with animals and human figures. The Jain Temples in the fort are devoted to the Rikhab Devji and Shambhavi Dev Ji, the famous Jain hermits known as Tirthankars. The temple also has a library known as Gyan Bhandar that is an interesting feature in the temple.
