Located in the premises of the Golden Fort of Jaisalmer, the Dussehra Chowk sprawls as a large courtyard which is shrouded with the ceremonies and celebration of Dussehra festival. The marvelous royal fort can be easily seen from all the angles from the courtyard. It also has a marble throne which is said to be the place where the king would sit and enjoy the proceedings in the complex. The four getaways to enter the fort and reach the Dussehra Chowk are Hawa Pol, Ganesh Pol, Suraj Pol, and Akshaya Pol.
