Day 01: Arrival in Jaisalmer | Jaisalmer Half-Day Sightseeing
Upon your arrival in the city, you will be transferred to the hotel to relax and get freshen-up. Jaisalmer is widely known as the Golden City of Rajasthan because of its magnificent golden sandstone structures and golden sand. Visit the Gadisar Lake – an artificial lake surrounded by ruins, cenotaphs, temples, and ghats; Bada Bagh – the most splendid place which houses several cenotaphs of legends, maharajas, or royal families. Stay overnight in Jaisalmer.
Day 02: Jaisalmer Fort and Desert Sightseeing
Explore the major attractions of Jaisalmer wherein you will visit Jaisalmer Fort – the world’s only lively fort where 2/3rd of the old cities population resides; Havelis – the royal havelis of Jaisalmer includes Patwon ki Haveli, Nathmal ji ki Haveli, and Salim singh ki Haveli; Gadisar Lake – an artificial lake surrounded by ruins, cenotaphs, temples, and ghats; Bada Bagh – the most splendid place which houses several cenotaphs of legends, maharajas, or royal families.
In the afternoon, leave for enjoying the desert safari in the Golden Sand dunes. Enjoy camel safari/jeep safari during the sunset and catch the amazing shots in your camera. Rajasthani folk dance and bonfire can be also enjoyed followed by Rajasthani dinner. Sleep under the sky studded with glittering stars. Overnight at the desert camp.
Day 03: Jaisalmer Sightseeing
After having breakfast at the hotel, drive towards Longewala and en route stop at Amar Sagar temple. Upon arrival at Longewala, visit the Tanot Mata temple and Longwala Post Museum. Return to Jaisalmer for overnight stay.
Day 04: Departure from Jaisalmer
Have breakfast and check-out from the hotel. Visit the Jaisalmer War Museum. Drive towards Airport/ Railway station/ Bus stand to for your onward destination.
